I disagree; I like that the change of action transitions in panel 6, instead of abruptly hopping from 5 to 7. It also releases that extra oomph of "what the fuck" in Will's face.
Larry's face in panel 6 always makes me laugh
Losing panel 6 is the equivalent of losing George Costanza’s silent boil before he blows his top. It’s essential, sweaty, and hilarious.
Larry's complete contentment across that whole middle row of panels as Will ineffectively punches and yells cracks me up.
