I’m repeating myself a bit, but here’s an example of some of the more horizontal action scenes I attempted in this format. It was tricky to do a fall, but easy to do a run and a jump, so that’s what they do. It seems like would think in more horizontal terms when the pages took this shape. |
It always surprised me a little that Park took this at all seriously. His motivations are kind of internal and strange.
Oh! I think that was on purpose, see the way the hem is flipped up a little? I think because she's jumping down, the shirt naturally lifts around her as she falls, like a skirt or cape would.
It's not that her shirt has shrunk, it's that it's flapping upwards from her downward motion.
