Marek was probably just in the other room during the first few panels, but I like to think that he wasn't even home and that Hanna's facestalk chant summoned him forth like a magic spell.

Hannah's iPhone eye-glaze and head tilt are so well observed and natural I just reeled a little, a mental "Woah, that's some real human movement in that character!"

Callin' it now- he's going to write about what a loser she is, how she's not "grown up" enough, it's going to devastate Eve, piss off Hanna, and after lots of drama and heartbreak and yelling, inspire Eve to maybe look in the mirror a bit and shake things up in her life.

Optical illusion time! In the second-to-last panel, is Hannah looking up and smiling, or looking to the left and closing her eyes?

It's like that rabbit duck thing. You can make it both.
