Eve assigned masculine names and traits to quite a few inanimate objects, perhaps to make up for a lack of male affection in her life. I recently watched The Square, which is a terrific movie that I recommend. It deals with issues of trust and paranoia and their uncomfortable relationship to privilege, and it’s also very funny. |
